I was wondering what you guys think about the working title "King of Nothing" for the new album. I think it was mentioned that this probably won't be the final title, but it has a nice ring to it if you ask me

I would like a different title more than king of nothing. It's just a title though and it's the music that matters most.

Anyway its a pointless thread..but its at least talking about Strato

With so much unprecedented about this band, they really have the potential for all kinds of welcome surprises in the music.

Its just a harmless opinion thread, no more, no less.
I think King of Nothing is just a working title though.

I always thought that the name of the album was sort of a shot at Tolkki, but that is probably just my imagination.

The name itself is okay, and it certainly makes it sound a bit "edgier". If the music isn't edgier, then I'm not sure the name "King of Nothing" will fit. The name of every album revolves around the music in it.

King Of Nothing sounds like the title of an Edguy song.

I'd prefer something else, but KON isn't a bad album title. Well, it's definitely better than Tinnitus Sanctus. But people will start theorizing about how it's a message for Tolkki or whatever, so maybe that's not a good idea. Or maybe it is. Hell, what do I know?

I heard from very credible sources that it's really going to be called Letter To Tolkki.

Well, at the risk of disappointing people inerested in the strato soap opera and certainly disappointing Tolkki himself.. it is a song which has nothing to do with Tolkki .. more something to do with Peter Englunds books (he's a Swedish war historian and member of the Swedish royal academy) and the type of stupidity we Europeans are so famous for, like for instance the deluge of Poland which is at the core of Englund's book "den oövervinnerlige"

I sure hope no one would be disappointed that it's not about tolkki. I think any drama about each other in song form would be a little overkill. We already have that with 2 songs I think unless the writers were really thinking about something else.

Cince a movie is quicker than a book, I might just have to check out the movie. It looks very interesting.
