Hell yeah!

Felling so sad at things (or something )
Confusion on my mind
Nothing makes any sense
Things are entwined

Hopeless soul in the haze
Trying to find the way
Out of this wicked maze
To a new day

[bridge]
We will rise out of agony
And find a way to victory

[chorus]
Higher we go
Climbing up to the skies
Higher we go
A new day will arise

When all is crashing down
I know the time will heal
In this insanity
We'll find what is real

Together we are so strong
Pulling our hands apply (or something )
[fade out]

:headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I'm also really suprised by his voice! It indeed is better than he did on the previous album. Let's hope he also sings good live!!!

Yes that was indeed very bad. Did your hear 'Father Time' from Wacken 2007? He sang the first and last chorus completely out of rythm...

I think Eagleheart was worse than Father time.

Hmmm... no. Eagleheart was really bad because he just couldn't reach the high notes. But in Father Time he was singing completely out of rythm. If you listen carefully you hear that Jorg changes the rythm sometimes to make sure Timo K sings in the correct rythm again...

Really? The Wacken gig was so bad???

Well Kotipelto also is human & he will not sing always so perfectly, is not easy to touring & sing everynight, day by day!

I agree. Based on the tapes I saw, the WOA gig wasn't the best performance.

We know that Kotipelto isn't perfect and that nobody can sing perfectly day by day. We just took the Wacken gig (which is undeniably very bad) as a example for a bad Stratovarius show. We do not say that TK is a bad singer or that he should sing perfect. We know that he is only a human being like we are and that he has his bad days.

I've listened to the 2005 album again today and I'm asking myself why this gets more shit than it deserves. It is different form the old Stratovarius albums, but that doesn't make it bad. I really like it now and I like it even better than the Elements albums (at least better than Part II).

It's different yes. But it's absolutely not bad. The only song I don't like is Back to Madness. Th rest is really nice. :)

Sorry guys but this song is only like a mixture of some Kotipelto songs like Knowledge and Wisdom or Seeds of Sorrow. Nothing new or fresh in the melody which is too hackneyed. Timos vocal theme is too easy and predictable. The only thing I'm satisfied with is the guitar and keyboard which is more worked out than in the latest Stratovarius albums.
Nothing to say.

Yeah. If you just black out the fact that the band was at an all-time low and all the Backstage bs that was going on, it is great,

I think the S/T album is horrible...it lacks feeling and the song writing seems half assed.

The only thing I actually like is the key solo on Gyspy in Me.

This is actually my opinion on Elements Pt. II
