Stratovarius Community

I was just browsing around on You Tube looking for the new video for Deep Unknown (great job by the way Jens! I hope that someone will make it available for download at some point). Anyway, I stumbled upon this fan made video for "Last Night On Earth" and I thought I'd post it in case some of you haven't seen it yet. The video itself features various Strato and Helloween clips which are edited together pretty well. But more impressive is the audio which splices all three versions of the song together into one track. Some parts are a little more seamless than others, but all in all I think whoever made this did a pretty decent job putting it together.

It's great to hear TK, Michael and Gus's tracks side by side for comparison. I personally think that TK sounds the best on it and it would have been a classic Stratovarius song. But Michael and Gus did a good job as well and at the end of the day, it's still a great song.

I think I like Kiske best in this song! I know he is a weird guy. But his voice is just awesome!

its amazing how so many of the comments on youtube are about subjective or technical comparisons that really don't mean shit instead of people using the music for something more self serving.

I prefer Kotipelto voice! But Gus also is good, Kiske used to be better in the 80's!

Everything is useful in some ways, and useless in others, people get to decide what angle they will perceive things at.

Funny thing, I came up to this video tonight and was thinking of making a topic about it here! The guy did some nice job!
Who knows... One day Strato and RR may perform this song together on stage so we'll have the real one
