I have to take back a little bit of what I wrote. I do think "Winter Skies" is absolutely heartbreakingly beautiful song. It is made by a genius who has gone through a lot.
That piano part is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard and this
kind of part can only be composed by someone who has both seen and gone through a
lot of pain in his/her life.
Knowing Jens and reading the lyrics I can understand very well this song and what
he was doing with it. He is the best keyboard player of the world.

my favourite ballads is Winter Skies. I also think King Of Nothing is a monster-tack. I also love The Emancipation Suite both parts.

In my opinnion Blind and Emancipation can be skipped but I agree with the rest.
Emancipations are good tracks but we have many other good songs out there.
Destiny or Visions or even Anthem of the World can take Emancipations place just good.

I almost agree but because of it will be the "Polaris tour", I'd prefer get more Polaris songs. I already heard Visions and Destiny many times even if I love them so much. So I definitely prefer get ES in this tour. Anthem was played just in Destiny tour and would be great to hear it again.

I am extremely happy that we made this record and that it even came out, that edel trusted in us, and even more happy that many of you guys seem to like it, no matter which songs it is you like best.

Although I love Polaris and we will now do a bunch of gigs in support of it, we are already also all writing for the next album. This time we have the time to really collect our thoughts, so to speak. I know that is something that I need myself for writing, and I have a really good feeling about it all.

But another album next year is like it should be. I mean they are starting again and they have A LOT of music to show us and to spread together.
Stratovarius always had albums each year more or less, or two. At least with Fourth Dimension - Destiny timeline...It was a golden era for Tolkki's creativity.

Now we are gonna have another creative era with these guys.

Sure they're fresh, I didn't mean he was copying or something, just some influence let's say. It's that bombastic feeling in Emancipation Suits and the speed of Forever is Today that give me that impression.
