I Would Love they Change Forever for when mountains falls
Re: Live Setlist?
They don't have to change any song, but they have to add it
Come on, father time and Against the wind should be played !
When Mountains Falls is almost my favortie of polaris!

Perhaps it was planned before, but they didn't perform this trick next day in St.Petersburg.palarmux wrote:That may be as you said. But it is possible that they have planning that before too. And Timo was "suprised" when Jörgi asked that. Who knows? Overall I think everybody in show loved it =)kindman wrote:At the beginning of encore Jorg suddenly came out of his drum kit to the front of the stage and forced TK to play drum solo for the audience. Though Timo was really surprised, he played a couple of patterns and then told to totally stunned audience that he hasn't practiced for about 15 years. So seems all the thing was pure joke and improvisation from Jorg's sideRagehead91 wrote:Was this some kind of joke like Helloween did in 2005 where for example Dani Löble (the drummer) would come out with a mini-guitar and have a duell with Sascha Gerstner and latter Markus Großkoppf with a mini drum-set a duel against Dani?

Well, I hope so. But was it really so much different when Tolkki was there? I doubt it. At list in the last few years with him.eagledreamr wrote:Or at least have shows longer than 40 minuts, between 2 trash metal bands!icecab21 wrote:next summer they will get back to headline at festival status hopefully.

Re: Live Setlist?
Well, because Strato didn't release anything during a few years, had troubles with Tolkki, etc, I guess the organization didn't want to take risks, or at least didn't consider them as a "major" band. That's why they were between Destruction and Mastodon for a 40mn show...If they keep on releasing discs, have success and play great shows, they wil have a more important place in the festivals.(IMO)

And even more importantly if they will keep bringing some fans in the shows.eagledreamr wrote:Well, because Strato didn't release anything during a few years, had troubles with Tolkki, etc, I guess the organization didn't want to take risks, or at least didn't consider them as a "major" band. Re: Live Setlist?
Sounds understandable to me. I also hope that this will happen. But I still don't get it. Strato have always pulled good crowds from what I remember. And even with all the trouble I doubt that will change but I can understand that the organization doesn't want to take risks. But still.eagledreamr wrote:Well, because Strato didn't release anything during a few years, had troubles with Tolkki, etc, I guess the organization didn't want to take risks, or at least didn't consider them as a "major" band. Re: Live Setlist?
It's a festival with Heaven and Hell, Mötley Crüe, Manowar, WASP, and many more. They musn't take risks, and they need bands to play at 6:00PM before the "huge" bands. That's why there was Strato at this place. But I'm sure in the years to come they will play later and longer.Ragehead91 wrote:Sounds understandable to me. I also hope that this will happen. Just think of the size and importance of the festival, and not only in terms of "the hearts of the fans". That's business.

Re: Live Setlist?
Destiny is one of their best album and no one Destiny song is on it..
it would be cool to have 1 or 2 at least!

I agree.Gilles wrote:Destiny is one of their best album and no one Destiny song is on it..

a bit more destiny.
The title track or even Anthem of the World would be quite good addition.
Strato is already in a state that there are too many good songs to play live.
Thats why I would love to have some DVDs and live albums more often.

Calm down guys. They've already said that the setlist for the European tour will be different. Just wait.
