Are you better now? And rest of the band, any new patients?

Last night Timo seemed fine. Strato played their entire setlist.

Hi,

I feel a bit better. It must have been the anti biotics I started taking in Germany 6 days ago that completely fucked me up. Last 3 days I couldn´t really eat anything. Vomited before and after show. Great.

This morning I´ve been at least eathing some soup. It´s nice to be a singer on the tour. Very often I get easily sick. This time it was some sinus inflammation. Well, the tour goes on and gets only better!

Glad to hear you're feeling better. It's always hard on travel to stay healthy, with all the changes in routine, diet, sleep and exposure to the "unknown", but it's got to be harder for a vocalist. Ever try taking zinc? I start taking zinc cough drops a week before travel and it seems to ward off getting a bad cold or flu. Some people swear by the herb Echinacea, taken in vitamins, to increase the immune system. Nothing weakens your immunity faster than lack of sleep and STRESS! Well, not sure any of that advice can help, but best of luck all the same!

They have all posted here this week so we know what we can expect. Start to look for Tamiflu.

I'm trying to tell myself I'm not getting ill, but the sore throat keeps coming back, and I'm developing a lovely cough that says otherwise.

Of course I now want a t-shirt that says "I did press on the Stratotour and all i got was an interview and this lousy flu". In fact I may well get one printed up at Download, to go with my semi-legendary 'Sunburnt to Fuckery' one from 06
