POLARIS charts at #2 in Finland

We are sitting in the dressing room in Dublin and just received some really nice news. We are quite happy to announce that POLARIS just hit #2 on the Finnish album charts.

Thank to all our Finnish fans who have bought the album instead of downloading it!

God Damn, I just called 2 local record shops and they're telling me I have to wait until Tuesday the 26th for the album to come out in the states :x

I woke up extra early to go pick it up today :?

anyway, congrats Jens! That's awesome news! Hopefully it will reach enough people to hit gold in Finland! Much more success to you, and you'll have another purchase here in the states on the 26th :wink:

Hi all!

I have to say the guys have done a really good job, especially considering that Mr. Tolkki is not even in the band anymore. Am actually now going through my 1st listening of the album (here in England!) and it is really really good and I yet to have another 4 songs to go I have not yet heard.
No wonder it reached nr. 2 in the Finnish charts. I can say this very genuinely because I AM Finnish and saw them in Nottingham 4 days a go! Polaris rules:)

I'm one of those who prefers to buy the album instead of downloading it, I hope a lot of people do it! That's what really matters to support a band that you really like.

Come on people buy it, to have more stratovarius in the future :)

I'm happy for you guys. I didn't really have my hopes high after Deep Unknown -single, umm, underperformed, but this makes up for it. :)
