Just came back from Tampere. :)

Setlist was:

Hunting High And Low
Speed Of Light
The Kiss Of Judas
A Million Lightyears Away
Higher We Go
Eagleheart
Winter Skies
Phoenix
Forever
Visions
Deep Unknown
Black Diamond

I may have messed up the order a bit though.

Was awesome, Kotipelto sounded anything but bad (referring to a recent thread here) and Matias' has seriously improved his soloing from some of the videos I've seen. :)

EDIT: Forgot Forever from the setlist.

Greetings from Sauna Open Air :) The Stratovarius show was excellent (as always), too bad these festival gigs are always too short.
I was happy to hear that Matias had learned all old songs well, and played them all just the way we've used to hear them so many times during years instead of trying to make his own versions.
Here some more pictures from the gig: http://s148.photobucket.com/albums/s32/ ... atovarius/

Great gig! Good day overall, what with Kamelot, Stratovarius and Nightwish...and Thor was, uh, interesting...

Thor was very lulzworthy. Why haven't I ever heard of them before?

Kamelot was amazing indeed (their setlist not so much), but this was already the second time I saw Nightwish on Dark Passion Play tour, so I didn't really mind having to leave to catch the train in the middle of their set.

Singer sounded British. That's about all I know.

Thor is mastered by Jon Mikl Thor, comes from Canada. Influenced by Scancinavian mythology, well, hard fairytail, masks and so

Absolutely great show!! Lots of positive energy in it, and IMO the guys played really really well. :rvd:

I was a bit dissappointed about Nightwish though, lots of annoying things in their show, and all I could hear was the bass guitar, and the drums. The guys in the tent must've been deaf or something...
Then it comes to be that the soothing light at the end of your tunnel
is just a freight train coming your way

Thanks for taking the pic of me with Jens and Matias (unfortunately I look like a retard in it, so I don't dare to show it to anyone). :D

Edit: Lol, hivemind. :D And thanks to StratoTimo too, for taking some of the pics for me also. And yes, I look like a retard in those too...
