I think it should at least until the end of Polaris tour.

it may not Become a classic or be the most popular Polaris song but still it is good song to play live especially on this tour.

Well, now that festival season is almost over we'll start thinking a bit more about changing the setlist around etc. We actually played "Forever is Today", somewhere already, maybe it was in Himos. I personally love the song, it's kickass!

These options were difficult to choose. I can't vote. Forever is Today is a very good and it might even become a classic. I'd love to hear it live. Stratovarius has so many good songs. Even 3-4 hour concert is not enough long to hear all the best. The other hand, is there songs that should be permanently on setlist? Maybe only HHaL and Black D. I think the variability is needed.

Of course! I put for classic stratosong, I really think that may be the classic song of the album ;)

Personally, my favourite songs of Polaris are Higher we Go, Emancipation and especially WMF, one of all time best Strato songs for me, even if it's not the opinion of everybody!

Yes, definitely. Time will tell if it becomes a classic.

Yes, at least for the Polaris tour. I think the song has potential for a classic, too.

If I right understood, the first leg of tour was played for, more or less, new audience and therefor gigs had to be kind of "best of" gigs. And usually festival gigs with shorter sets have always been "best of" gigs.

I voted for the second choice, because I think Forever Is Today is a really good song, but not enough to be played for 10 tours... But for the 3 or 4 next tours, why not. But I prefer Blind...

Definitely. More Polaris, less of the old ones, let's play what a new band should do, to play the new songs. :)

Well, not sure, but isnt a gig supposed to be the band's best-of? Apart for special gigs where less known song (less known to large audience, not to fans) are played, every concert is supposed to be a band's best-of, with a similar set lit everytime?

Not really. Bands usually tour in support of their last release to generate interest in it. They play the fan favorites to keep them interested, but try to work in new songs to get the fans into them as well.

Not if they don't play it live. ^_~

I voted the big "yes". Supreme song, catchy, uplifting, and TK seemed on fire when he recorded the vocals for it. Amazing power song, one of the best of the decade! The pioneers still sure know how to do it!

For me Forever is today is a perfect song to become a classic. They should play it live, of course. Fantastic track.

Forever is Today is a great song, but I like Blind more as a fast song for the setlist.

My favourite song on Polaris is Winter Skies and it was awsome live :D

Probably the best song on the album with Higher We Go!

Exactly.
Those two are the ones we need live.
Also Winter Skies and Deep Unknown.

I have a feeling we will also hear some Deep Unknown in the other tours to come :)

Already heard them all. ^__^ I'd love to hear Winter Skies again, and Forever Is Today and King of Nothing for the first time too. :P The band overcame all my expectations by playing Visions the last time. I never thought I'd hear it live, I was utterly surprised, delighted and crazed at the same time! :D So, as for the big song, hopefully I hear my early-teens favorite - still my favorite - Destiny this weekend. Emancipation Suite would be a very suitable option as well. At least I can hope, can't I? ;)

This has gone horribly off topic so far, so lemme continue and put Polaris songs into some best of order groups...

Extremely Epic Example of Exceptional Essence for Ears:
1. Emancipation Suite

Other super good song:
2. King of Nothing / Forever Is Today / Winter Skies

Great songs, but just "okay" songs in Stratovarius scale:
3. Blind / Deep Unknown / Falling Star / Higher We Go

Good songs, but worse-than-average in Stratovarius scale:
4. When Mountains Fall / Somehow Precious

Actually, I think that only one thing would be perfect! A nine hour show with the whole Stratovarius discography! The motherfucking dream!!!!! Recorded on DVD...well, I'm dreaming too much over here!

Then let's get the band refreshed with a spell after each two hours of playing. Or maybe the Take Me High singer could loan her time machine? Wouldn't be bad for audience either. But why not, for real! :D It'd take a few days to make it, a few years to pay its expences, but I'd be there - The Week of All-Stratovarius! See the band playing all their songs in this once-in-a-lifetime seven days long Strato only festival!

I chose the latter option, I really think this song is a great song and should be played on every tour
