Briefly, I just want to thank Stratovarius members for an excellent show tonight at Monterrey, México. In tonight's gig, I saw a perfectly professional band, performing with really good energy, vibe and spirit, to a small, but really loyal audience. I remember what Jens Johansson posted somewhere here in the forum, which was something like "If you are a professional musician, you won't care if your audience is 200 or 10000 people, as you always have to give your best"… Tonight I felt you were playing to thousands of people, which left a very nice feeling for us fans, even though we were a small audience. Anyways, I felt posting this note would be a nice and simple way to thank the band and crew, for all the good music you have produced over the years, and all the good gigs you have perform to us fans with superb quality.
By the way, we should apologize to Jens, for the power failure (we believe) in the middle of the most inspiring part of one of his finest compositions (Winter Skies) haha … Really good stuff anyways.
Cheers!

Hola!
The crowd was excellent and we had lots of fun. Well, sometime things do happen when you play live
(like suddendly no power, or a fire in the PA cabinet, or a burning hand from the pyro

)
but it´s just part of rock and roll!!!
Thanks for the warm wellcome and singing so loud with me!
Muchas Gracias!
Timo

Yet another loyal fan, expressing my gratitude and best wishes to all of you guys

. When you last came to Monterrey in 2005, we were a bigger audience (about 3,000 people I believe). But this time, even though there were fewer of us, it all felt more powerful, more energetic, and much more impressive (I have a feeling most of the audience will agree with me). The part where Lauri played the Mexican anthem was such a beautiful extra

And I have to say, it looks like Matias has done an excellent job adapting to the band. I'm glad he seemed to enjoy the show as much as we did. Take him out and introduce him to Jose Cuervo tequila!!!
Your professional way of performing, as well as the musical passion that you make us feel, will be remembered for many years to come. I certainly hope the rest of the tour will be awesome. Never forget there's a humble and heartwarming audience that will welcome you with open arms again in the future.
Cheers Stratovarius, rock on!!!

Stratovarius Thank you very much for an unforgettable gig last night!
Timo you have such an amazing talent at making the crowd react! You had it when you first came to Monterrey and still have it now!
You know, I´ve seen many bands come and go. After watching live events I usually forget in a couple days , but that´s not the case with your shows! its always so much fun!! I think its your energy and charisma that makes the experience totally different from other bands.
Lauri and Matias are incredible musicians! Like fernando, my sister and I were also touched when Lauri played the mexican anthem. Cool! that´s what makes the difference!! other bands woudln´t do that kind of stuff.
Actually, Here´s a little confesion for you ...I hardly ever listen to powermetal these days, but Stratovarius is definitely something I will keep going back to!
Great show! Keep up the good work!
BTW Polaris is awesome!!

But I saw you here in Toronto, i think you guys remember me, i'm the guy from Monterrey who made Lauri Porra sing the national anthem during the meet and greet hahahaha and the one who was surprised about the t-shirt that says "cafe iguana" from one of the guys of your staff, remember Jens? You told me "oh yeah maybe we will play there"

Hahahaha.
I'm sure it was an amazing gig, as always. Stratovarius rule !!!!
