Basic: Quite good. I liked the cast by John Travolta and the mood the film had. Unfortunately the story was too chaotic and too tangled, I got lost.

Bruce Almighty: Not bad, I had some laugh. Not the funniest, nor the best film with Jim Carrey I've seen, but quite nice. It was too easy to predict how the plot goes on and how the film would end.

I rewatched the 6th Day recently, and say what you will abaout storyline. The score is fantastic. I still get goosepimples watching the very end where it plays in reverse.

I've just come back from Pirates Of Caribbean. I definitely liked it. Great adventure film. Johnny Depp is a genius, he seems to be able to play any character.

It was definitly too long. I saw Lagaan too, but I couldn't see the end 'cause after three hours or so I had to catch the last train in order to get home :buh: .
So now I'm waiting for another chance to see it to find out how it ends :)

LOTR--The Two Towers--DVD
I liked this second part more than the first! It was more action packed, and was very serious--not fairytale-like, like the first segment. I watched it twice yesterday. I can't hardly wait for Pt.3.

Couple of days ago I saw a German movie called "Das Experiment" and I must say it's one the best movies I've seen for a long time. 20 men are hired to play prisoners and guards for two weeks. The experiment goes well until it gets totally out of hands - in a horrific way...
The past is history, the future is a mystery. This moment is a gift, which is why it's called the present.

Punch Drunk Love....holy shit, this movie sucks Image
In the beginning it seems that a known face beyond having fun,
Which is why you write music in the first place,
Always moving, defining, and pushing forward the art that once created,
Looking to the right time to share it,
And then the headaches of criticism,
Senior advisors advising people above,
Twisting, distorting that which we love,
And never ending problems with money,
Holding you back,
Preventing progress,
I thought you only started 'cause it was fun.

Cradle Of Fear, The Lord Of The Rings and Tomb Raider 2
Love's the funeral of hearts
And an ode for cruelty
When angels cry blood
On flowers of evil in bloom
The funeral of hearts
And a plea for mercy
When love is a gun
Separating me from you

Lizzie McGuire - In fact I liked this movie (don´t tell anyone) :D
Soldier´s Daughter doesn´t cry - okay, this came from TV, so I watched it. It´s terrible to confess, but I got hooked to it and could´t stop watching. Still I din´t like. (okay, okay! I cried... little... much ;))
Jeanne d´Arc - I waited pretty much from this movie, and it really wasn´t that good. Too much God-stuff... :D

The Hulk - pile of wank, completely ruined the comic book and is nothing like the original story, die hard fans stay away!!

Agreed. Also it ran wayyyy too long. It is not a good sign for an action film when everybody is bored and there is still 60 minutes left to run.

Pirates of the Caribean - very cool

Not seen this, might check it out if a friend buys it.

American Pie 3 - again very cool

I can't see this being any good, but who knows.

9th Gate - film with Jonny Depp about the 9th gate of hell, endings pretty shite but the rest f the film is alright

I really want to watch this, I have heard it was good.

Young Frankenstein - hilarious parody by Mel Brooks starring Gene Wilder as Frankenstein's nephew who takes on the tradition and creates another monster.

Kickass movie. Gene Wilder rules. Nuff said

Dogma - absolute drivel, one of the worst films ever made, only good thing about it is Jay and Silent Bob.

Agreed. Although Jay and Silent Bob are a tad overrated.

The Wickerman - Absolute classic horror movie, Edwood Woodward and Christopher Lee, basically a film about pagan rituals and sacrifices. very good, bit creepy though.

I didn't enjoy this movie. (I assume you watched it on tv the other night) I think I was tired or something, but I couldn't get into it.

The Core - pretty entertaining, but its been said before waaaaaaaay too predictable, the only people who didn't die are the ones you wish would!

I enjoyed this a lot. Simple dumb action film, and it is a shame Tuci's character dies. He was pretty cool.

Daredevil - not bad, again spoiled by Hollywood treatment

NOT BAD??? This was one of the worst movies I have ever seen! B'Aff should never be allowed infront of a camera again.

Spiderman - one of the few decent transitions from comic to big screen, still not entirely happy though

I will see in a few days :)

The Crow - fantastic film, Brandon Lee is awesome, died way too soon

Agreed.

Resident Evil - absolute shite, at least the game scared me a little!!

Not seen this yet. Didn't really interest me after the previews. Again might check it out if a friend owns it.

Resident Evil
The first half hour was cool and the industrial score is pretty cool, but then it goes haywire. Then again I never was a big fan of zombie flicks. One could then wonder why I decided to buy it on DVD in the first place. My only defense is that it was cheap and it was a special edition.

its just another comedy teen flick, but the American pie films are the best of whats out there, more mindless teen comedy really.
9th Gate - film with Jonny Depp about the 9th gate of hell, endings pretty shite but the rest f the film is alright

I really want to watch this, I have heard it was good.
its not bad, 3 quarters fo the film is really good and quite interesting, the last 20 minutes is a bit of a let down though. Jonny depp is great as always.
The Wickerman - Absolute classic horror movie, Edwood Woodward and Christopher Lee, basically a film about pagan rituals and sacrifices. very good, bit creepy though.

yeah i taped it from Tuesday and watched it yesterday. It took about half an hour for me to fully get into it, but it is a really god film. You must have been tired =P I suggest you watch it at a more preferable hour. The ending is one of the best conclusions to a film i've ever seen.
The Core - pretty entertaining, but its been said before waaaaaaaay too predictable, the only people who didn't die are the ones you wish would!

I enjoyed this a lot. Simple dumb action film, and it is a shame Tuci's character dies. He was pretty cool.
yeah i know what you mean, i only wanted two people to die, and they were the two people who survived
Daredevil - not bad, again spoiled by Hollywood treatment

NOT BAD??? This was one of the worst movies I have ever seen! B'Aff should never be allowed infront of a camera again.
Agreed about Affleck, but i thought the rest f the film was pretty good, plus i think Michael Clarke Duncan is a genius. Bring me to life by Evanesence also dragged the films credentials up a bit.
Resident Evil - absolute shite, at least the game scared me a little!!

Not seen this yet. Didn't really interest me after the previews. Again might check it out if a friend owns it.

its a good zombie flick, but thats it, it shouldnt carry the Resident evil name. It bears hardly any resemblence to the game!
