Bootleg. Judging by the tracklist and date, I think it might be a rip from a Finnish TV broadcast. But don't quote me on that. Maybe Moony aka "Encyclopaedia Stratovarica" knows more about it.

That show was broadcasted on YLE (a finnish tv station), apparently somebody taped it and is now selling it.
