Opinion... Lacrimosa & Stratovarius on the same stage

Post by Botello » Mon Aug 08, 2005 8:59 pm

Well, some of you may know that Strato will perform with Lacrimosa, in Monterrey this September... if this were a festival it would be normal to see quite different bands in the same place, but just Lacrimosa and Strato is a strange mix...
Monterrey is a good place for corious mixes, like Kreator and Tristania some months ago...
What do you think about that...

450 to 550 pesos (40 - 50USD) to see both bands, but a lot of people only want to see one of them...

BTW, I like both bands... and for what I know Strato will perform first

Lacrimosa is just so boring to me, they are not bad musicians, is just that they are too pasive to me. Nevermind, i'd go only for stratovarius.

BTW, i find no sense about it, why the hell strato is openning the show? and why with lacrimosa? wouldn't it be better to put national bands as openers? i dunno, just MHO

I like Lacrimosa&I think you guys are very lucky to have them play with Strato.

AGORA is a very good Mexican power/prog band, btw.

Was it the gig with Orphaned Land as the third band? :)

Of course they are, they really rock, that's what i mean, they should have the chance to be the openers (tho they already opened the last strato show at Mexico City).
I got their new album last sunday, it is called "Zona del Silencio" and it really rocks!!!

But in Monterrey, we didn't have Orphaned Land =(

...and they will perform first, but of course they are no opening act...

...I like both bands, but I'll have to wait some days to have enough money for the tickets =( Adiós quincena !

Two of my preferred bands playing together!!!
To be perfect we only need Sepultura with Max Cavalera back on vocals playing together with Lacrimosa and Strato!!! (ok ok I have a eerie musical taste...)

I like Derrick Green, but if max could comeback and they make another ARISE or BENEATH THE REMAINS would be awesome!
