Re: bon jovi
Isn't that what Google&AllTheWeb are good for?
Who is the "Forum Genius" here now that would naturally know?
Seriously, Cliff might could help you, or someone who is into the oldies scene a great deal. I'm into oldies, but not concerts or videos--just songs.

I'm also in some oldies too...maybe you could find something in Emule?
I don't use it, but if you've it maybe you can try to search here?
Some great oldies i like a lot too: Dio, Whitesnake, Skid Row, Scorpions, Rainbow...

What ? Am I into oldies stuff ?browneyedgirl wrote:Seriously, Cliff might could help you, or someone who is into the oldies scene a great deal. I'm into oldies, but not concerts or videos--just songs.

@soul : I dunno much about Bon Jovi, but perhaps you can find some stuffs on some fan websites. You can also try to make a search on Google like "bon jovi videos" or "bon jovi download". Otherwise, like Patricia said, you can find most of the stuffs you need from P2P networks.
Btw, "Have A Nice Day" is a really good tune!

Not that i'm endorsing downloads, but... ahem. well anyway, if you can deal with torrents, try going to www.torrents.to . It's like this huge torrents search engine with a drop down menu so you can choose from a bunch of sites.. better do it now, though, they're closing down tons of torrents sites all the time.

In Finland it's not illegal.Dave wrote:heh don't do something illegal![]()

I don't think so!Pikkusielu wrote:In Finland it's not illegal.Dave wrote:heh don't do something illegal![]()

It's not because YOU have never been caught that it means it's legal.
I heard that some people were caught in Finland. Of course this number is nothing compared to USA or Germany, but at least it wasn't zero, which means it's not legal

Oh come on Cliff.. The parlament (eduskunta) has just agreed the copyright law and it says that poeple can copy CD's for their own use not of course for sale...

It's not illegal to download anything, it's illegal for the one who's uploading them.

Re: bon jovi
of course! but hei, don't tell me that people who use P2P do it to get MP3s of the CDs they own ?Wanderer wrote:Oh come on Cliff.. The parlament (eduskunta) has just agreed the copyright law and it says that poeple can copy CD's for their own use not of course for sale...

@htdude : actually, everything is legal until you get cought

Wanderer : what did the eduskunta say about Copy protected CDs ?
I personally don't understand that in Finland (and some other counties as well), you pay 23€ for one CD (not too cheap), you do it because you respect the artists, but on the other hand, you are not able to make a copy for your own use (as the CD is copy protected), AND you pay a stupid copyright taxes on blank medias (CD-R, DVD-R, hard disk drive, memory sticks...).
I heard that in France they are going to get a tax from our Internet Provider subscriptions (which means the prices for internet connexion will be +3€ or something), plus another tax which will give you the right to use P2P (around 6€ or 7€). The majors who say that music industry is going down are big liars. They get a lot of money from iTunes. They just want their huge benefit to continue rising.
One album costs about 22€ nowadays, right ? I remember back to 1990, one album on vinyl and tape support costed between 9€ and 11€. What happened in 15 years for albums to get twice more expensive ? Do they record albums with golden microphones ?

Re: bon jovi
Ok. So here is the thing. If I understood right eduskunta did not change people's right to copy CD's for their own use. For example: Now when I've bought the new Stratovarius I'm allowed to create as many copies as I want and it's totally legal. TT wrote to the Finnish side about this while ago. He said making copies is totally legal.

But making copies for other people is not.

It's legal to download "stuff" for yourself, but if you are providing "stuff" or selling "stuff" it's illegal. This law is about to change though...cliff wrote:It's not because YOU have never been caught that it means it's legal. I heard that some people were caught in Finland.
