Not a bad idea. At least, he could see, that people want new moderators. But it is good only for that, you can be sure, that it is going to be Jens, who decides, not us. But still, it's a very good idea.

I think, that the poll should be similar to the Song Poll. So more votes could be given, 2 or 3.

And the anyone could nominate anyone, so the poll should be edited everytime, when someone is nominated.

Liina was too strict and didn't punished the good persons. It seems she only wanted to punish some of them (like you) for the "example", which I consider really stupid and unfair.
If I remember right, FullMoonEyes was banned too. I had a strict argue with Liina myself, because I told her straight what I thought of the new moderation after Allison and Shurik were banned. That was unfair too, because Allison and Shurik were innocent. But she was asked to do that, so we can't blame her directly for that.

You can't stop someone from accessing a board.
They can go to the library, change their IP address, use a proxy, etc...
Worked for me! I was banned at least twice under Liina, and most certainly deserved it both times. So it is no coincidence that I don't like her, either...

I think he answered that under a different topic: he likes Stratovarius and he likes tormenting people he does not like.
And, unfortunately for us he is right: if a person has the means there is no way to keep them off a board unless the whole IP area is banned. Since there are many innocent users from that area of USA that option is impossible!

Really bad idea. Just imagine that his ISP is AOL.COM. Using a deny policy by ISP would ban many other users too (who btw did nothing wrong).
The best is definitely to simply lock the account. The user will probably come back and continue harrasing others but he will probably be bored of the game after having 10 of his new accounts locked.

Yes, you are right, but the problem is: the mods are not doing so. So we need some more moderators, that are actually quite often online like you and me, and some other boys/girls too.
