Alright I actually heard this on my local radio station but they say that Ozzy really is going to be looking for a new guitar player and that there is no bad blood between Zakk and Ozzy however he will not continue to play in Ozzy's band.

Gus G dropped out of all the other projects he was working on (Mystic Prophecy, Dream Evil, Nightrage, Arch Enemy, etc.) to focus on Firewind which I think was a great career move. I don't think he'd now drop Firewind to join Ozzy.

He doesn't has to drop it. He was in 5 bands the same time before Firewind became full-time and he still could make Firewind a side project. But yes, I agree that he shouldn't join the "Other musicians write music for a crazy drughead and he gets all the fame" band.

He'll then play with Ozzy for the next several years before the Ozz says "well I think my music is starting to sound too much like Cains offering now"

NEWS: Today ozzy was kicked out of his solo band by a irate Yngwie Malmsteen. Yngwie Malmsteen said that Ozzy was sounding too much like his own band and Malmsteen needed a change. Malmsteen in currently looking for a replacement singer to join the Ozzy Osbourne band. He is currently looking at a member of the stratovarius forum for the job.

I want malmsteen to do an opera with all his singers. He does get the guys that have each been on hundreds of cds and they I know some of them have worked together and have been swapped through the same bands.

ZAKK WYLDE Discusses His Status In OZZY OSBOURNE's Band - July 24, 2009
David "Gus" Griesinger of BackstageAxxess.com recently conducted an interview with Zakk Wylde (BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, OZZY OSBOURNE). Watch the chat in three parts below.

When asked about the recent reports that Ozzy was auditioning other guitarists for his solo band, Zakk said, "Everything's cool, man. I mean, Ozzy's always jammed with other people — since we did 'Down To Earth' and all that other stuff. So it's no big deal. If Ozzy's gonna play with someone else, what am I gonna do anyways? At the end of the day, when we did the 'Down To Earth' record, Oz had other people coming in and writing with him. , 'Boss, knock yourself out,' you know what I mean?! What we're supposed to do is there's this date in August — August 20, I guess, down in Anaheim [at the BlizzCon convention] — and then after that, we're supposed to finish the [new Ozzy] record up in September or something like that. We did 16 or 18 songs or something like that, so we'll write some more, finish the record, and then we're supposed to do like a year[-long] world tour."

i think ozzy ozborne should learn more about stratovarius and learn about what it means to play real music from the heart but who am i to say that his music os good or his music is bad its just music we cant jusdge we just listen music and we hope to enjoy music and you like it and i like it

Actually I'm sort of disappointed. I hoped that Ozzy would kick Zakk and get someone new because I think with a new Guitarplayer would do Ozzy good.
