Before you begin, take a look in the mirror, trying to recall the shape of your face, noting its contour, see your neck and chin
Already you've done?
Placed in upright position
Now put your head toward the ceiling, trying to stretch your neck or as a wolf will howl when
Already in this position?
Now, without moving from that position 2 put your hands on the start of your neck, as if you wanted ahogarte. (you should notice a certain tension in the neck below the chin and around the face, until the ears)
Now you can start the exercise, without losing that position, saying the 5 times 50 members, seeking to exaggerate their pronunciation, but it hurt not miss the position, and do it as fast as you can.
Are you finished?
1 Now, in the previous position, move your mouth from left to right 100 times, try and do it quickly exaggerating the face as much as you can
2 Are you finished?
Now 3 reaffirm the cheeks and cheekbones
4 Enter 2 thumbs on the upper gum, opening everything you can mouth. Your expression should resemble that of a clown.
5 Already in this position?
6 Now that your mouth is completely open, press your lips 50 times, as if you wanted to give a kiss.
7 What I've done?
8 Now take a bag of ice or a cold can, and put it at 30 seconds into the contour of your face, do not forget the jaw, chin and neck.
9 Are you ready to see the result?
10 After 15 minutes take a look in the mirror.

I just copy/paste, but translated in google, from Spanish to English :p

I'll pass on that. I'm at work now, people might think I'm insane and have me escorted out by security.

The guy looks as if he has lost weight, and got a new hairstyle.
Nothing to do with face exercise. Is he selling a scam?
The only excercise that is good for the facial muscles is to smile. :)
