This album KICKS ASS! It litteraly RAPES "Death Magnetic" in every aspect! Okay, maybe apart from Mustaines voice sind this is still a matter of taste but other than that it absolutely ROCKS! Bought it on saturday.

The album is everything I love about Megadeth. Every song is a pummeling assault of unrelenting heavy riffs, pretty cool and metal lyrics and man there are tons of solos! Chris Broderick is fucking amazing he does some lightning fast solos on there! I think it's a solid album from start to finish...best I've heard all year from any band

Mustaine said in an Interview I read on Blabbermouht (one of the hundreads and hundreads. Those guys seem to love to post what Dave is saying) that Broderick is propably the best guitar-player he had. Even Friedman (spelled right?). Back than I just thought it was another attempt by Dave to basicly put down one of his ex-members but actually he is right. Broderick is fucking awesome.Burning Reflection wrote:The album is everything I love about Megadeth. This is indeed the best album since Rust In Peace, everything in it is simply perfect. It's heavy, fast and angry - the way Megadeth album is supposed to be.
As to Metallica - nothing they released since And Justice For All even comes close to this album. Or the previous one. Or Rust In Peace. Or Countdown To Extinction ...

I must have listened to the album like 20 times in a row and I keep noticing more and more cool stuff about it! There are some parts that I listen to where I hear the music and can't wipe the smile and awe off my face! Since 44 minutes is one of the feature songs, I wonder if they'll have a video or something for that? I could see that song being very popular and 1320 too! I love the punk/metal vibe on 1320 I could see a lot of people liking that song
