yeah, and it's a pretty good song. And the fact that you don0t like it doesn't mean that no one else shouldn't listen to it...give them a chance and check them out, maybe you change your opinion and maybe, only maybe you like it, and that's it 8)

The Stratosongs that raise my morale the most are certainly not the happy-go-lucky ones like Glory of the World, Freedom or Eagleheart, but darker ones like Kiss of Judas, Visions or Season of Change.

Oh, and in the "emotional" category, there is also Lake Of Tears by Gamma Ray. No World Order is perhaps their weakest album but this song is just beautiful, it almost made me cry the first time I listened to it.

Ozzy Osbourne - Goodbye To Romance / Dreamer

Well... Just listen to these songs and you'll know what I mean :)
So you children of the world, listen to what I say
If you want a better place to live in, spread the words today
Show the world that love is still alive, you must be brave
Or you children of today are children of the grave

I just heard it :~(
WILL MY SOUL EVER REST IN PEACE?

TT must've been suffering some dark days when he wrote that song---it sounds rather-:err: suicidal. :(
Depressing, at least. Its a good song. I have seiously thought about having it played at my Funeral, along with Forever.

But, WMSERIP? is plainly a song of a troubled mind in turmoil, an individual wary of life&its trappings, longing for true rest, serenity&stability.
In essence, it is a beautiful touching song that is under-rated&not mentioned enough.
"Your life is yours, and yours alone. Rise up and live it!"

Bob: I don't believe in God.
Archangel Michael: That's OK, Bob, because He doesn't believe in you, either!~Legion~

Yes. Will My Soul Ever Rest In Peace is underrated. Just like Venus in the Morning too.

I Just Want You has very simple lyrics but I like that song :) Ozzmosis is very great album.

How could I forget it, there's also "Hijo de la Luna" (Son Of The Moon) by the spanish band Mecano. Read the original spanish lyrics here and the french version here, i'll try to do an english translation.

The most sad & emotionnal songs I ever heard are :

Heavenly - Dust To Dust,
Wizard - Don't Say Goodbye,
Primal Fear - In Memory,
Within Temptation - Farewell & Memories,
Nightwish - Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan & Higher Than Hope.
Toutes choses étant égales, par ailleurs, la solution la plus simple est toujours la meilleure.

Just listen to Space-Dye Vest by Dream Theater. In terms of emotion, it blows all of them miles away.

Sleeping In The Fire by W.A.S.P

Interesting song from a band that usually makes songs about SEX, DRUGS & ROCK'N'ROLL! :headbang:

I liked pretty much that song back when i was a child, by Mecano, i don't know if the lyrics in French change a lot, but the spanish version is quite good, and along with the music is pretty emotional...yet sad.
