I've seen Abandon on saturday night... it's a nice film, with a cool ending... it is supposed to be a thriller, but there's no violence at all, it's more like those films that play with psychology and the watcher's feelings... cool 8)

now I'm looking forward for the return of the king... =P

Identity - Very cool film and an interesting premise too. I was really impressed with the way it was filmed. PLus It starts John C. McGinley, and you really can't go wrong with him.

DEEP IMPACT

So sad when the astronauts told their families goodbye forever, and when the father-daughter reconciled, and died together. She said,"I love you, Daddy." Right before the comet hit.
:~( :~( :~( :~(

A fantastic movie!

Oh it is.

Interesting fact, for the VHS/DVD release, they cut out OVER AN HOUR of footage. And it was still feature length.....

I LOVE Dark Prince!
In reality, Vlad was SOOOOOO evil, you would not believe it! Most of that stuff in that movie WAS true!
Except the real Vlad was not that good-looking, of course!

But, Romania looked upon Vlad as a hero--he saved them from the Turks, who made slaves of people when they conquered a town. There is a giant statue in his honor in Bucherest, I believe....

I like STORM OF THE CENTURY by Stephen King.
The Evil Stranger was either The Grim Reaper or Azazel, the Demon. I think now he is the latter because his characters name was Noigel, which spelled backward means Legion---like the legion of demons in the Bible, and Azazel was one chief of them.
But, anyway, I liked this movie.

don't know if i've mentioned this one (the thread did, after all, start back in June) but i watched Donnie Darko a while back. Absolutely fantastic film, not quite sure what the actual storyline is =P but deals with time travel and pre-destination. Actually makes very good points on these ideas. Definitely recommended!

Fellowship of the Ring
that'd be like 4th time I watched it (or so). But it is the frist time I really liked it. I still can't forgive what the have messed up with Arwen, and I still 'hate' Live Tyler since I saw her in the movie. Well in spite of that the movie rocks. It's beautifull and I finnaly catched its magic ;)
Now, I have to watch Two Towers extended and then maybe I'll move my ass to cinema to see Return Of The King at last.

Nosferatu, The Vampyre, poor acting, stupid plot, shit, I don't know why my friend recommeded it to me so much.
Saving Grace, great!
Finding Nemo, funny, great, though not as good as Shrek
Rules Of Attraction, not bad, quite good, but sometimes too stupid
It was a match made in Hell, now the whole mountain burns...
