Stratovarius Community

This is obviously a poll, of which you, the stratovarius forum, think is the better album. The two I have been listening to a lot lately, both Finnish bands, Celesty's newest album, "Vendetta", and Thunderstone's older album, "The Burning". What say you, for those that have heard both, is the better album?

I haven't heard the other but I like Vendetta... it's easily Celesty's best album to date even if it is still pretty generic. New Sin, Euphoric Dream, and Legacy of Hate Part 3 are all awesome.

It's a tough choise.
Drawn to The Flame is one of the best Pasi songs.
I will still go for Vendetta but the Burning is definately one of the best albums of 2002.

I suppose i'll go with Vendetta though.

Yeah they really are amazing. I don't care for the debut but every album after it has been great.

Maybe, although I still like it. For me the weakest album is "Evolution 4.0". It just didn't sounded like their earlier material. On the other hand "Dirt Metal" was kick ass!

I go "celesty" since JP from altaria used to play in that band.
