Found dead in her home.

She was very talented, but seemed bent on destroying herself.

RIP, with all her addiction troubles she seemed to be a really talented singer.

She was only 27. Really her life had just really begun. It's so sad really.

Many musicians have ended their own life at age 27: Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain, Jimmy Hendrix all were only 27.

It's too bad that she couldn't(or wouldn't)get the help she so desperately needed. RIP.

I wasn't aware that Janice Joplin and Jimi Hendrix ended their own lives.

Amy Winehouse got about as much help as she could, but if she refused to help herself then what could anyone else do...

Yeah... I wouldn't be surprised if she'd just decided she'd had enough... I guess some people just can't deal with reality the way it is...

It's a shame that she let herself go like that because starting out she seemed confident in her talent, and she was very attractive.
