I have a good pair of binoculars so I will use those. This is interesting. NASA will probably get some pictures anyway.

Yeah, you're right. Also, there were a bunch of little earthquakes in the Midwest yesterday, which would have given the Pagans and Bible thumpers alike something to discuss!

I was just mentioning those earthquakes because they happened at a much closer time with the astroid fly-by on Tuesday.

This particular asteroid is not a planet killer, but it would be a pain in the ass for a while if it did hit Earth. Produce 70-foot tidal wave, 7.0 earthquake, and a crater 4-miles in diameter. Odds are it would hit Oklahoma---they had bad tornadoes yesterday on top of everything else. WTF are they getting bullied by Mother Nature for?

It's going to exterminate all of Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.
