Hi all. My family and I recently had a bad experience with an airline and I would like to post a comment about it. Are comment sites viewed by the companies themselves or are they just for consumers / customers?

I think the best way to go is through there social networking account. Since these accounts are viewed by their followers they're most likely closely monitoring it.

I Think I found the perfect page to put my comments in. Well, I am sure everyone is familiar with this. I just thought that I'd unload here that I am about to get this off my chest .... at last! lol .... well, the becky suggestion still appeals to me if only it were not a crime ...

You mean Yahoo answers? I once raised an issue there and received a lot of responses too bad nothing came from the concerned company that I want to reach.
