(imo) awful book, boring as hell. In (very unlikely) case you don't know her, I highly recommend you all the books of Amélie Nothomb (Antéchrista and Robert des noms propres being a bit weaker than the rest, though), especially Hygiène de l'assassin, Les Combustibles, Le Sabotage Amoureux, Métaphysique des tubes, Stupeur et Tremblements Biographie de la Faim and last but definitely not least Acide Sulfurique. She is (imo again) the best writer (I know) of today.
It can appeared boring to the eyes of some people and interesting to others...

And thank you for the advices about books of Amélie Nothomb. 8)

No problem :)

At the moment I'm reading for the 3rd time Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince. The series is great but this one especially is a very very good book. Highly recommended also (and please don't believe those who haen't read them and say "Blah, it's for children", read at least the three first ones (book one and two are not so good) before saying anything).

To my birthday (Nov 3) I want a book fron JJ Benítez I(Troy's horse 6 or 7) or one from JRR Tolkien

In the moment I'm reading "Der Zauberberg" from Thomas Mann, and when I'm finished (just 50 pages to go) I'll continue reading the Dune-Series. Already read the first two books, now it's "The children of Dune" next.

His books are just awesome! Especially these:

* The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
* The Restaurant at the End of the Universe
* Life, the Universe and Everything
* So Long, and Thanks For All the Fish
* Mostly Harmless

And if you like these try Bill, the Galactic Hero- series.

PC For Dummies =P Good info in there!
Some books about Folk remedies
and a compilation of Camelot Stories.
I'm considering Wuthering Heights again, and The Turner Diaries.

These days I mostly read stuff off the internet--I have 2 online versions of Wuthering Heights downloaded so, I may just read those instead of the book.

Today I read some articles about Nikola Tesla, a great inventor. He was fascinating&genius person! I think he was the Father of Modern electricity, but was never given much credit for his creations.

I'm currently reading through the Book of Ruth in the Bible.

Also reading 'War & Grace' by Don Stephens, a book with 13 mini-biographies of people who became Christians between 1914 (start of WWI) and 1945 (end of WWII) Great book some of the testimonies are awesome, an intresting one is the story of the guy who 'Q', from the James Bond movies, is based on. I didn't realise he was based on a real person from WWII!

Is HPATHBP your fave one ? Because i heard that many fans think that the volume 5 and 6 aren't as good as the others.

Btw, many people think that Harry Potter is for children only, but when you read the book, you notice that some parts are more for adult than for children. I think for example of the volume 4 (The Goblet Of Fire, which is my fave Potter) : many scenes from it should almost be "forbidden" for children, (like the attack of Voldemort and the death of Cédric...). And the people who thinks that Harry Potter is for children, they usually 1/ have never read any Potter and 2/ have never read any children book!

At the moment, I'm reading "Alex Mack : Bad News Babysitting". It's a REAL children book, but I like it a lot. It's small, easy english, easy (and interesting) story, that's all I need from a book !

Actually I'm reading a book written by Daniel Pennac, intitled "Le Dictateur et le Hamac", which means "The Dictator and the Hammock". A nice story about a brasilian dictator (fictive) and his doubles...really funny book!

How is it? What is the content of it?

I am currently reading any posts I passed while I was sleeping.

Currently I don't read a book but last summer I have read "The Protector" from David Morrell, my favourite author. It is one of the best and 'electrified' book I ever read! It is an awesome book and I just can tell you that you have read it!!!
