Kotipelto sings orchestrated rock classics in Finland - 31/08/2004

The Finnish singer Timo Kotipelto presented a show this last friday (26/08) with the Heavy Lilja Orchestra in Helsinque. Counting with violins, violoncellos and flutes, Kotipelto sang rock classics in orchestrated versions together with the Finnish singer Maija Vilkkumaa and also with the singer Kirka. The gig had songs like Black Sabbath (Iron Man, War Pigs, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Heaven And Hell, Paranoid ), Iron Maiden (Powerslave), Deep Purple (Highway Star, Smoke On The Water), Led Zeppelin (Kashmir, Stairway To Heaven) and Judas Priest (The Sentinel) and another songs.

oh man... I hope they recorded this gig!
