To pass my boardem, I've also decided to put in a random topic, but this one is good. All you need to do is predict where (or how far, which ever one comes first) Karl is going to hit.

there's another fucking hurricane? how come nobody tells me this shit....you'd think it would be relevant, you know, living in hurricane central and all....

Geez, how many of those fuckers have passed through the Caribbean already? 12? last one I heard of was Jeanne and that one hasn't reached land yet!

There is this magical TV station called The Weather Channel. They provide 23 hour weather info, and around 10 PM the world has to stop so that we can view other peoples problems with mother nature called "Storm Stories".
Anyway...Jeanne is already a TS, and she's not gonna hit anything. She's gonna fizzle out. Karl is a Cat-3 Hurricane heading West-NorthWest to Puerto Rico. Then there's a Tropcal Depression off of the African cost (I know what you're thinking...What the fuck is a Tropical Depression?). A Tropical Depression is a step down of a Tropical Storm. Basically, it a huge Low-Pressure system in warm water that has the potential to grow to a Tropical Storm, and maybe a Hurricane. How does your brain feel now?

A great topic! Ivan roared through my area last week with a huff&a puff!:D I live about 250 miles from the coast, but if its a bad, strong Hurricane we feel the effects pretty good! 
I like the Weather Channel-its very informative---when I had DirecTV, it was on my favorites list(along with Playboy&Sci-Fi-hehe)! I still have access to the weather channel on Internet-I look at the maps once a day.
It was said the reason so many Hurricanes this year was because El Nino is rearing its ugly head again. (a weather phenomenon where the waters of the Pacific Ocean heats up way above normal-the effects are global&can be catastropic).
