Look what I found in my city, it's cornice of one of the building of city department office.

As a Stratovarius fan I couldn't pass it without notice

Get a hammer and chisel, break the wall around it, and take it home.

I have Lilys in my front yard!=P Unfortunately, they quit blooming a couple months ago! Very beautiful, too...

fleur de lis...........they sell non-slip stickers of those in every colour for floors and bathrooms - at the grocery shops. I have hole punch (for scrapbooking) with that design too. It's a very commonly found symbol. It is the symbol of my heritage - the French Acadian people.

The Fleur-de-lys is a common pattern for household items such as sheets, curtains&towels. Also men's ties&boxer shorts.

I always thought they stole the sign from the Scouts or something

Fleur-de-lys is a very Classy pattern&I like it!

Plaids are boring, Stripes are nice in a conservative way, polka dots are sexy&childlike, but,IMO, paisley&fleur-de-lys are elegant/classy patterns I like lots!
