And you thought Florida 2000 was bad!
So apparently they're going to hold a new election in late December. And all the problems of the previous election, cheating and all, will disappear automagically. Okay.

People have said any other country would not have tolerated what happened in Florida 2000. They were right! ;)

Nope. Hungary did the same in 2002, as USA did in 2000 and in 2004. BTW, the Ukranian Peoples to look up to (if I know this expression well).

I would like for people to tell me what election 'fraud' happened in 2000 in America.

No you wouldn't. We don't need a repeat of the "Thank You USA" thread. That was pretty brutal and very unlike this forum. I care not for a reiteration of such an epic clashing of heads. Especially since the issue of Bush's cheating or lack thereof was already covered there.

Besides, this topic is about Ukraine.

It would appear the rest of the forum couldn't care less about Ukraine though. Which is a pity, because there's more to it than meets the eye. You don't think it's a coincidence Generalissimo Putin has been more involved in this election than most people would consider kosher for a foreign leader to be?

As for 2000 and alleged fraud in Florida...Supreme court halting recount, state laws thereafter changed to avoid future recounts, suppression of black votes, butterfly ballots... Not necessarily fraud. Could also be gross incompetence. I don't know which would be worse, though.
