Real World, the StratoEdition

Because we're all such dedicated Stratovarius fans, we're all moving into a ten-story StratoApartment building in Finland. First floor is utilities and common living area. Five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per floor. You can choose to room with someone or attempt to fend us all away and have a room to yourself.

What do you arrive with? What floor do you live on? What happens when we all arrive on the same day and meet each other? What sort of ridiculous StratoParties do we throw while living there? Who has drama, who doesn't? Who gets kicked out? What sort of job do you get?

The best part about this is that it would never air on MTV.

I would bring blue jeans, nice blouses, warm sweaters, boots&a few dresses. All my StratoCDs, a camera, lots of traveler's checks&an extra suitcase.I would choose to arrive early so I migt get a private apartment on the 4th Floor.
I would rest a few days to get my bearings--do some shopping&exploring. Then, serious job hunting--maybe in a library, in a Mall, even factory work if I have to.
On weekends we would all get together&have parties with lots of drinking, eating, laughter, etc.;)
We'd play cards, watch porno on big screen TV&of course, play StratoMusic in background!
I would probably come close to geting kicked out due to loud music&loud talking, carousing but squeak by&be able to stay.

Hey, was this topic inspired by that reality show!
I liked"Amish in the City"......hehehe---"Redneck in Finland"....:rotflmao2:

Book one room at the highest floor for me please, I'm for :) I would take my guitar with some equipment and cd's. Think also about rehearsal room, maybe somewhere in the basement. I'm sure I'd find among you persons to form a band or to jam, we would organize gigs and parties for the rest of you and have a lot of fun...

Okay, i think we have to designate a section of the common area as the jam room (or maybe some unoccupied bedrooms). Or, as Electric Eye said, a basement.

(I didn't think of a basement because we don't have them where i live; you dig a hole five feet deep and you find water! :( )

I'm not joining in the jam, i totally suck at guitar. Anyone else going to play?

www.gaiaonline.com...Where every lame-ass pedophile will go to get adolescent children. Basically, its a forum where every anime fan goes to be a dumb ass or whatever!

But, being as is this is an excellent forum :) , I'll play along.

Book me in any random room, I dont give a fuck. Basically, I'll be coming in with just my regular clothes, my craptastic Dell laptop (with the non-working screen), any of my old-skool Nintendo systems I can get my hands on, and probably some of my Kansas CDs. Most likely I would be kicked out for being a goody, two-shoes...or a nerd...anything like that.

And as far as the jam...got any room for vocals?

I just got here, somehow I think my parents really listened to me when I asked them if we could move to Finland.. I'm all alone here with a buncha metal loonies I don't know from anywhere!

Well... not alone.

It seems my parents were kind enough to ship some of my stuff to this address in Helsinki. After opening the cardboard boxes, I found some stuff that would definately keep my busy until I managed to get to know the peeps around here.

In a box (without any fluffy stuff there to avoid damaging it, can you believe it!) were my guitar and my amps. On another I found some weird clothing. The sort of clothing you get on shops like Pull n' Bear, GAP... ugh, I can't believe I'm gonna have to wear these.

But, yay! I also found my stereo on another cardboard box! No CDs though. Oh well, I'll have to settle for Finnish radio until I manage to get my hands on some CDs.

*walks upstairs, dragging his stuff, wondering if they'll play Stratovarius or Children of Bodom on Finnish radios..*

---

I'll write what happens next, tomorrow :P

*looks around at all the metalheads*

At this point.. I'm almost willing to take anything! :?

I'll just have my mail sent to the council estate - my residence will be in a clearing in a birch forest near Savo somewhere. I won't need to bring much because Nature will provide pretty much everything.

T.L.-- here you go. *Hands over two pairs of Jncos, six tshirts, and three silk shirts* You can keep the silk ones, man, they make me look totally stupid. Just make sure i get the Garfield shirt back at some point, or your entrails will make a fine wallpaper.

Stratovarious, thanks for reminding me, i need to bring my teddy bear too. 8)

*Takes HvyMtlClickWitch's clothes, muttering a "Thank you" as he slowly nods in thanks. Then, grabs the boxes he was dragging, and takes a look around the main hallway.*

Hmmm... I wonder if there's a free room for me to stay in.

Oy, this one seems to be free.

*opens the door of the room across the hall, and enters.*

Hmm.

*stares at the Garfield t-shirt for a few moments. then shrugs, and puts it on, along with a pair of jncos*

Let's see now... where can I connect my stereo to... Oy, here we go!

*plugs the stereo into a plug on the wall, and turns it on.*

*tries to find a nice radio station.. but the best he can find is an opera station.

*goes >__< *

Oh, well, what the heck.

*peeks outside from his room, and into the hallway.*

"OY! DOES ANYONE HAVE A CD?"

Do you mind if I pop round for a cup of tea when I come from the forest to collect my mail? That's about the only area I'd have an interest to visit.

(...) i can sleep on the floor, but i'd surely love to share a bed with that beauty over there (points at HvyMtlClickWitch)....hey please, no need to call the police, hey, wait, don't push me, c'mon, you can have my licor, noooo...(gets thrown out)

Thank you - and you can expect a big Heathen welcome when you visit my forest abode - where the mead flows like a golden stream and the air is filled with the rich resonance of Death, Goth, Black, Pagan and Viking metal only.

I was voted in later, as I a gift for you boys and girls.
I brought my camera, my new Special Shaped Strato CD, my clothes ( =P ), my karate and iaido kit, my running shoes (yes, I really have a pair of shoes just for running... there's more than 100km in it :) ) and I think, that's all.

I'm searching for a roommate. And not a woman, 'cos I'm not used to them. Why? Because I studied in a computertechnics technical college, and now, I'm studying at a same university. So not many girls in my schools we had. In the 4 classes in my classyear, only in one class were girls, and of course, in my class. And they were so stupid. So I'm searching for a boy roommate, who likes to have fun and would like to practice karate with me.

*I'm standing in the living area, confused, 'cos I don't even know wtf is going on. Can anyone help me, finding a good room, and the fridge? :? *

* With his room already set up, Neorave moves towards the main floor. He finds Majindiego passed out on the floor with two bottles of Captain Morgans. He is yelling something about bananas and pocket PCs. Neorave decides to make his way towards the main kitchen, where he makes himself a toasted PB & J on wheat bread (gotta have standards  ). He makes his way upstairs, where he walks by Beast_Pete's room and waves at him. He finds a huge marker board posted on the wall in the hallway. He writes a note:

"I have an extra room if anyone is trying to find a room. - Neorave"

Neorave makes his way back to his room to make plans of setting up an arcade center  *

*While Beast_Pete is cruising around the house, he finds something on the wall:

"I have an extra room if anyone is trying to find a room. - Neorave"
- Wow, that's great - yells Pete, and moves on to find Neorave's room. Final he's there.

Knock-Knock! *

"Greetings! Looking for a room?" *

Did MajinDiego get kicked out or what? Somebody roll the dice to see if he's getting drunk!!!

Anyhow, Diego can share my room, at least until he gets booted by everyone else for being a raucous drunk. But I get the top bunk, NOT you!!! I hope you like Manowar....

Anyone know where i can put my fish tank?

*looks around* I'm not entirely certain i'm going to fit in here.....

Hey Allison, you don't by any chance happen to have a couple of Streghe stashed away in your grove? I could use the companionship...

- Yes, actually I'm new here, so yes. :) Are you going to let me in? ;)
I'm looking around to know, what's in the room. *
What do I see?

Yeah, come in

* Invites Beast_Pete in *

* Beast_Pete walks into the room. He sees a bunk bed, with the bottom bed filled with junk. In the corner of the room, there is a vast array of game systems with a big screen TV on top of the entertainment center. *

More soon...
