How do you plan to Welcome in 2005?
A big party/bash? Or just keep it low-key with just a few friends and/or family or even, alone?

I will probably be going to a funeral tomorrow&as for the night itself, do the New Years drinking&partying with just a few friends at my house.
My son was planning on shooting fireworks with his girlfriend&a few friends, but with her Dads death I doubt if they all will feel like celebrating. He plans to be with her, though, to see her through this bad time.


Whatever you guys do, Remember:
If you drink---don't drive, And
If you drive, Don't drink!

In light of the tragedy in Southeast Asia (14 confirmed dead Finns and some 400 Finns still unaccounted for, of which at least 7 are from where I live), we'll probably keep it fairly low-key this year.

From Finland alone? So tragic. Probably the true statistics of the massive loss of life will never be known.

From Hungary, there aren't any deads yet as I know, but I'm not sure.

On-Topic: I will be having a stupid (kalmáros ) party with 4 other people. 2 of them are my neighbours (actually, they are brothers-sisters). The other 2 is the ex-classmates of the brother. We will play Receptlaprostüveg (Recipesheetfiberglass). It's a weird game, and everything might happen.

Well I said it earlier, but here I go again. I'm going to dress as the count of Monte Cristo and get really drunk.

8th Annual Debauchery Ball at my house. Wicked carnage basically, with a lot of alcohol, a lot of cannabis, and a huge buffet featuring a multi-cultural menu. I will be dressed like.........something out of the ordinary I am sure because my "stylist" (one of my best friends who is a drag queen) is coming over at 4pm to sort out my ensemble, hair and make-up. His results are always awesome.

Watching horror movies with some Metal Chums, as I like to call them... And hoping my girlfriend can escape from her family to come down and see me

Mah, nothing special. Hope the old "ball and chain" can make it, though HAHA (goodness, let's hope she doesn't read that)
