Your avatar seems to be asking the same. Can't help it but it makes me laugh.

Maybe its the "beginning of sorrows" that The Bible talks about!
Atheists/Agnostics better hope the Bible is false, because if its true, all of us--believers&non-believers--are in for one hellacious hard ride!

I bet many people said that around WW2. But what happened? The world didn't end!

Well, the Bible talks more about NATURAL disasters. During the "time of the end", supposedly a whole lot of natural disasters supposed to hit one after another all over the world. That has never happened yet&I'm not gonna hold my breath! The best thing people can do is live life to the utmost fullest because none of know when our time in this 'ol world is going to be up! ;) Have fun, love&do for others, contribute, do things, take chances....LIVE! :headbang:

:( I read about this yesterday morning.
This wasn't a natural disaster though. Apparently it was some sort of human error...

This has happened many times before, its not that special, from a geological point of view... but it is surely one of the biggest tragedies in the last hundreds or thousands of years. Yet it is interesting to see that people start thinking about their religions again. Wrong way, imo ;)

Several people also said the end was near when El Niño was active :)

And, IMO, if you want to take the Bible literally, war is a natural disaster, for Man is a creation of nature, and Man has been waging war on Man for several, several thousand years.

*sings along with Brave New World*

If we die, we die. If I am to believe in the Bible, I'm also to believe in fate (which I don't. Quite the opposite, actually.), and therefore all my efforts to escape a natural disaster are useless. My attitude towards life won't change a tiny bit

Death is actually the moment of my life I'm most curious about. What'll I feel? What'll happen? :o

Well.. i assume that not much will happen and it will end up disgustingly boring in a quite conclusive way ;)

Yes, It was horrible.

Kotipelto and Jens played there (at Cromañon) last august with Edguy. The owner of Cromañon is the same owner of "Cemento", another "inferno" well known by Jens and other Stratovarius guys.

We need more security! Of course it was an argentine human error.
We are now suffering 175 deaths, including children.

Hope it will never happen again.
