But I would still have to get it to the post office somehow. I suppose I could throw it. But I don't think I can throw that far, despite my many years of competing in various sports, such as chess and slouching.

well, if the cookie is stale as i have alluded, its rubbery form could perhaps be smushed into a sort of javelin. Then it could certainly be thrown to the post office without much difficulty, especially for someone as proficient in sporting events as you. Perhaps you could even impale Villie Valo on the way down.
