I've ordered some stuff from the Stratoshop, and I want to check the status of it, but I'm not sure about it. I've put my order number in, no problem. Now what? Do those three red circles change to green or something when that particular stage is completed? So when it's handled, the H circle turns gree, for example.

Ok, i.e. all the status shows as follows (the letters at the right are inside green circles when completed):

Order approved: A
Credit Card verified: V
Credit Card charged: C
Order handled: H 09.05.2004
Order sent: S 10.05.2004

You must see a date after the letter "S", it means your merchandise was sent to you on that day... just wait a couple of days to get it. Enjoy!

I hope you get your order quicker than I did. I had to wait 2 months since I live in the States! But, the T-Shirt was worth waiting for--its beautiful!
They send it certified, so thats good! My Ex was in the yard with our son when the mail came that day&he signed for it. He came in&said,"You got a package from Helsinki." LOL And I jumped for joy! :jump2: He likes Kotipelto's singing,too. At least thats one thing he has going for him.

How long do they usually take to approve the orders, because that first circle is still red, and it was ordered nearly 2 weeks ago.

Which first circle do you mean? The "A" one? I think it depends on the payment method you chose, when it's credit card, it is approved as soon as the credit card validation is completed, and it's usually automatically done online, so it takes a few minutes.

If you chose another payment method, as paying cheque or something "not automatic", it may take longer.

I ordered smth recently and got an email saying "it's been sent" and it arrived 4 days later. I didn't get a confirming email after the order, giving me an ordernumber to use for tracking.

It used to arrive in 9 days to UK, now the pastage rate seems to have doubled and it arrives twice as fast.

I think that tracking thing only worked when we had our old webmaster, so don't worry, I bet you order is on its way, but the stratoshop software is apparently very complex.

I selected EU payment. It was about 3 weeks ago now, and I've not heard anything since the initial email saying that they received my order.

Funny thing, I ordered some stuff a moth ago or so and I chose cash on delivery. And all my stuff came in my mailbox less than one week later without me paying one cent for it. THANKS STRATOSHOP !!
