when i first read it i did not know whether to laugh or cry... i mean i do about 18 of those things.... how sad is organized religion....

Shit, I do about half of those things&no one gives a damn! Its nobody's business!
And, I won't give up my black nailpolish, black eyeshadow, blood red lipstick, black shirts&jeans, multiple piercings for anything! I do listen to a few goth bands, but I do not consider myself totally goth.
I just like those things because I like 'em---not because its a "lifestyle", so to speak.

-Frequently wears black clothing.
-Wears band and/or rock t-shirts.
-Wears excessive black eye makeup,lipstick or nail polish.
-Wears any odd silver jewelry or symbols.
-Shows an interest in piercings or tattoos.
-Listens to gothic or any other anti-social genres of music. (Marilyn Manson
claims to be the anti-Christ, and publicly speaks against the Lord. Please
discard any such albums IMMEDIATELY.) I listen only to antisocial music.
-Associates with other people that
dress, act or speak eccentrically.Does going to gothic concerts and parties count?
-Shows a declining interest in wholesome activities, such as: the Bible,
prayer, church or sports.Never had any interest in Bible, prayer, church (obviously) or sports.
-Shows an increasing interest in death, vampires, magic, the occult,
witchcraft or anything else that involves Satan.
-Takes drugs.
-Drinks alcohol.Sometimes
-Is suicidal and/or depressed.
-Cuts, burns or partakes in any other method of self-mutilation.(This is a
Satanic ritual that uses pain to detract from the light of God and His love.
Please seek immediate attention for this at your local mental health
center.)
-Complains of boredom.Only during the most boring lectures.
-Sleeps too excessively or too little.Holidays - too excessively, semester - too little.

I still don't understand if this is indeed some Christian freak, or all of this is suppoed to be a joke...
Because some of the things it says are a little bit extreme even for one of those really religious guys, but there isn't enough extremism for me to 100% know its a joke.

In my opinion, religion has gone too far these days. Trying to tell people what's right and what's not when even THEY don't know if what they're doing is right or not. By the way, I'm goth it seems :

LOL well actually I WAS goth and still like the whole stuff (except the ppl.. )
But there are sites from goths about "how to be goth".

There were things like:
Dont talk to anybody who´s not as gothlike as you are
Treat younger ones as if they were nothing

The 2nd best site was about nail care for goths
really crazy.. But it was all German so not many could laugh with me if i find it...
