OmFG! almost 2 months after the 2005 festival, they're already doing the 2006??!!?!?!? Thats FUCKING ROX!

Maybe in the next millenium we will have a Wacken-style festival in south america.

They already announced some bands during WOA 2005. For example: Children of Bodom. I'll be there next year as well, so if some other ForumSpammers come as well, we could rent a camping place together and conquer Wacken as well!

Hahahaaaaa Engary takes Wacken!! I'm hoping to go, gotta find out what's happening that weekend though as i know other things go on around then.

I'm waiting them to confirm Blind Guardian. That would be almost the only reason to go.

You can be 99% sure, that Blind Guardian comes. You can really be sure.

I heard the rumour was that BG are playing Bloodstock.

Angra are awesome live i saw them this year, haven't heard much Shaaman (Korpiklaani) but what i have heard i do like.

I talked about the brasilian band Shaaman with Andre Matos on vocals, and not Korpiklaani who was the band who changed of name, if i remember right.
Yes Angra is a great band. I've seen them 3 times (1 with the original line-up, and 2 others with the new).

Some rumours say that Iron Maiden will do the Wacken next year...I don't know if it's true, but it would be great!

I'm not sure about Stratovarius. There's a rule, that they don't ask a band to come, only in every second year. But I don't know, what about Special Surprise Acts. Who knows, maybe they'll be asked to come too.

In 2003 Saxon was the suprise act and then they played a full festival set in 2004. Don't remember though what was the suprise act in 2004 and if they played this year...

By the way, going back to this Stratovarius forumers getting a site thing, is anyone actually gonna organise this or it not gonna happen?

I know that IE isn't a black metal band. It's a folk metal one. But, I don't really like it, too cliché.

Thid is the black year, so mostly black metal bands are confirmed. But believe me, we will get some true metal ones too.

I hope. It would be cool if Maiden played on Wacken. But, this is only a dream...
