Today I bought the newest album of
Richard Andersson´s Space Odyssey,
that is called
The Astral Episode.
It is such a great Progressive/Power-Metal album.
I would defenitely put it into the Top 5 of the best Metal albums 2005.
Anyway I love Richard Andersson´s Keyboard-shredding

Hmm..lemme think...
The atmosphere sounds like Symphony X or Dream Theater.
The fast passages sound like Kamelot.
The voice of the singer sounds like Dio.
Then I would put some Yngwie Malmsteen and Stratovarius.
Richard Andersson shredders his keys like Jens Johansson.
There are also some classic influences from Bach.
IMO Richard Andersson is a genius as a keboard-player and songwriter.
Anyway
here you can hear some samples.

Richard Andersson´s Time Requiem,
that is called
The Inner Circle Of Reality.
Again we have Progressive/Neo-Classic/Keyboard-Shreddering/Power-Metal.
And the cover artwork rocks defenitely.
Man this album kicks my ass
IMO it is even better then the newest album of Richard Andersson´s Space Odyssey :headbang:

Elazul wrote:So we had Christmas a few days ago that is why I got many new Metal CDs.
Furthermore here we go:
Divinefire - Hero
This one is IMO the fucking best Symphonic/Power-Metal Album in the prior year. You have to get it if you like Stratovarius and Rhapsody.
EDIT: Here you can hear some samples.
Vanishing Point - Embrace the Silence
Very great Australian Melodic/Progressive-Metal Band.
Richard Andersson - The Ultimate Collection
This collection is just amazing
Anyway it is again Neo Classic/Progressive/Power-Metal.
The solo of Jens Johansson is just incredible.
And last but not least
Adagio - Dominate
Today I got the new Japanese Import Version of Adagios new Album Dominate. There is also one (up-tempo) Bonus Track. Nevermind when there will be a european release
I payed 34€ but it is worth every Euro

His 1987 album this guy is kool, only 1 guitar (although sounds like 2!) with no drums, backing guitar or anything, nice to chill to.
