HtcDude presented this question on the question game&the Biologist in me found it kind of interesting! I have never thought of that before!

Why do dogs put their heads out of the car, when u blow then air in the nose they get mad at you???

Difficult question. I won't answer it, but I will attempt to steer you towards the answer.
Scenario #1: Imagine you're a dog, and you're sitting a car. It's damn hot in the car. You have thick coat of fur and no sweat glands, so you have limited means to control your body temperature. A window is rolled down, and you notice the air travelling in the opposite direction relative to the car have a cooling effect. You realize you may use this strange phenomenon to cool yourself down a bit.
Scenario #2: Imagine you're a dog, and some jackass is blowing air into your nose.

I enjoy putting my head out the window into the wind, but i wouldn't really like it if someone blew into my face.
