Alice Cooper is not very famous in Russia, unfortunately. And what about your country? I'm very interested in this question

Here in France, he is like something like a god...He did a show at the Olympia, which is a very famous worldwide concerts hall!

Well, he's not ultra famous here in Portugal... but I went to his gig in July, and there were at least a good three or four thousand people there.

hes quite famous here if you talk to the right crowd. i just saw him in Manchest MEN Arena on Thursday, it was really good.

Sorry to interrupt this little date-making ritual or whatever, but I'd like to make a comment that's actually relevant to the topic.

Most people in the U.S. seem to know who Alice Cooper is, but he doesn't appear to be widely admired. Actually, he seems a bit burnt out, as about a year ago I actually saw him on a commercial for a store that sells office supplies.

So sadly...

Alice was very popular in USA in the '70s! He was one of the first rockers I listened to! "No more Mr. Nice Guy"&"Schools Out" are my favs, but I liked others he did. He looks weird--a cross between Howard Stern&David Koresh-:D But, I think his singing is(or was)very good! I heard his shows were great, too. As for now, I don't know.

Yep 40+ me got to listen&enjoy Alice's music at the apex before the burn-out. He's still doing fine, though, I gather!

I know averything about him! It's a pity he isn't so famous in Russia... He was the first of everything which "DEAD" and "BLACK" , and he is so vigorous and full of power , his concerts are loved by people from 10 to 70... I think when I am 55 or about it I couldn't be as full of life as him. He is the best!

I agree with Soulforged. Overall, Alice Cooper wasn't that special.

In Finland he is quite famous, I think. There are some people who worship him as a god of the black/death metal and as the priest of satanists and goths, but I severely doubt those things. I like some of his songs, but a god? Hell no! Everyone knows that Jimi Hendrix was
