All traditional stuff for me: the turkey, the gifts, the drinking&eating, the bills....HoHum. Or is that Ho Ho Ho?

Aaahh... what's TG? However, I'll do my usual christmas ceremony: Driving to my parents, eating until nothing fits in anymore, then go to the pub and meet many people I only meet one time a year (in most cases that's more than enough, though ), drink until nothing fits in anymore, walk home. Sleep.

TH = Thanksgiving

Let's see. After I was beaten up on 18th dec on the karate exam, I will eat myself full at Christmas. I hope to gain 2 kg. That would be cool... I would finally be out of the bantamweight.

I guess I'll just try to find some time to myself. I don't really have any obligations on those days, so I will probably just lay around and listen to music. You know, something peaceful like that.

I'm driving down to Ft.Myers for Thanksgiving. I haven't seen my Dad or Grandfather in just about a year. You would think I lived in Alaska or something, not just 250 miles away. I guess everybody is always busy. The highway works both ways though. Anyhow, happy to see them.

I will be going to Ft.Myers again for Christmas. Hopefully, I will have my new car by then. That Celica I have talked about. There is an outside chance I could get that to happen before Christmas. Everybodys gettin cards this year! . My uncle and cousin are coming down from Cleveland so I am excited about that. I would like to hook my cousin up with my roommate who will be going into the Air Force next year.

I am hoping to see this girl I used to work with when I lived in Ft.Myers. We shall see....

Oh, I think Thanksgiving is an American Holiday.
But, I think almost every country has their own version of it during the year.

I got to work on Thanksgiving day but I get paid double. Rest of time with my family.
Christmas is too far away to think about. If i am still alive, I'll split time between gf and family.

Both will be good I think. Happy times.

i think i'll spend the 24th of december with my mother and my brother and maybe my grandparents, and the day after i'll go to the other part of my family, my dad and my uncles and aunts..

Food for thought(no pun intendd): Can you imagine the Millions of Dollaers spent these 2 holidays on Turkeys&Ham alone? Not to mention all the other trimmings&goodies that go to the holiday meals!

Yeah, it's a scary thought!

Go back to Cyprus for a couple of weeks. Play a gig or two. See family. Stuff myself. Come back.

I'll probably go out with my friends on Christmas, stay with my family on New Year's Eve, and after that wait for my birthday which is on 4th of January!

Heh i don't celebrate Thanksgiving, isn't it just US that does that?

For Christmas i'll be at a mate's in Birmingham seeing as he has no family to spend it with, then down to me parents for a few days.

On Christmas Day (not all day) will be at a church service, maybe Boxing Day as well.

Thanksgiving? Well, I don't even know when it is... And we certainly don't have our own version of it

I don't know... since we don't celebrate Xmas hahaha

anyway, on 26 i'm travelling to Pakistan for 2 months, which will be bizarre

we dont celebrate anything like Thanksgiving here, i think its just a US thing.
anyhoo,
im working the bar on Xmas Eve [woo!] so i wont get home till about midnight, by that time its already Xmas Day do ill open a present or four, then go to bed.
on the day [thankfully im not working it this year] my little sister will wake me at 4am to open up her stocking [tradition on her part] fall back asleep, open pressies when moring REALLY starts [about 9:00/10:00am]
go to grandparents house for Xmas dinner [yum!] sit in the living room eating chocolate and drinking copious amounts of alcohol while watching crappy Xmas TV.

I think family will come at home on the weekend. But, I don't want it. I want to pass X-mas with my gf. Anyway, she's also busy by passing the X-mas weekend with her family. Grrrr, I hate X-mas!

It seems I'm going to be sick all Christmas. I've been perfectly well all year so now is the time to be ill.

Mhmm on christmas I will sit around with my family the whole day like every year
Anyway I will get some new CD´s and some equipment for my keyboard

My christmas plans are normally with family... Can't wait for all that food!
