Blah. Holy Thunderforce's videos was still cool and even the song, even I don't like very much of Rhapsody.

But Iron Maiden's Holy Smoke: That's FUNNY video
Bruce singing in the middle of flowers with pink shirt and Janick plays ridiculous guitar... Smokers with big tooth and Dave playing at small creek. Steve at some tractor and Nicko making stupid faces... and much more weird stuff.
Shame that the song isn't very good, one of the weakest from Maiden.

The hair, the cheesiness of it.. it's just too much. It's like the ultimate crystalisation of 80's hair metal, something which I dislike intensely because it was all about poseurism rather than actual music. It made metal a fashion, whereas metal has always been about the music above anything else, this brought image to the forefront.

Quite why Michael Angelo debased himself like that is beyond me.

You don't get it, so the rest of you.
Hammerfall is supproting Swedish curling women team in forthcoming winter olympic games. Sweden is really strong in curling. Those girls are current European chamiopn, Swedish men team are placed on second position in men group.
And this video and special editoin of single (only in Sweden) is to support those girls in winning a gold medal.
Thanks for this link, it is funny to see those ladies, well known from ice rinks, in new role:)
Go and get it Swedes!

Indeed, i read that too about this support of gold medal.
Anyway, it is funny to see the ladies wearing the same metal clothes like the band use on stage and play some guitars and so on at the end of the video! :D

3.- Twisted Sister - "i wanna rock"
4.- Rhapsody - all of ' em
5.- Megadeth - "hangar 18" (BEG no offense you might know i love megadeth, but that video...mmm)

Well on Twisted Sister, their videos were purposely done that way. They wanted them to be cheesy and funny. It was at a time when bands didn't take themselves too seriously. It is too bad that today there isn't much room for humor.

From the Cradle To Enslave, again another video that was never intended to be taken seriously. I like the theatrics placed in all their videos.

Now lets not forget Stratovarius, I know it is considered blasphemous to say this ,however, they had some really cheesy videos. Like the one for I Walk To My Own Song. It looks like they were trying to pull a Peter Gabriel with the movements in that video. Thats enough to make me laugh myself into a heart attack.

mmm, i cannot be sure about if it was not intended to be taken that way, but anyway i truly enjoy it every time i watch it :)

Well, that video is supposed to be funny. It was made with the intention of being funny. But the funniest ones are the ones that are funny even though they were supposed to be serious. Keeping this in mind, my vote for the funniest video goes to Kaledon with their video for the song "The New Kingdom". Much better than Twisted Sister.

EDIT: I can't link directly to the page, but in http://www.kaledon.com/ choose "Video" from the left menu and then download "The New Kingdom". Great stuff!!

EDIT 2: Also, if you want to see a HUGE crowd, download the video entitled "Revenge - Live in Rome".

Nothing screams "TRUE POWER METAL!!!" like filming your video in the forest and singing in English with heavy (and funny) accent
How many people are in the live video? 20?
