The baby probably does not even realize the butterfly is there.
But, yes, he is a cute baby. I'm assuming the baby is a He because of the Blue clothes he is wearing.

They say that babies are cute for a reason only. Why would you keep something at home when the only things it does are, eating, screaming, making poo, and sleeping? No one I believe, but we actually keep them because of the nice(cute) packaging...
Can anyone say the opposite?

I kept my Ex for 12 years!
Seriously, scientists have said the same thing you did--it inspires the caretaking impulses/instincts in the mother. I mean, look at animals--even the weird/ugly ones have cute babies--like pigs&monkeys!

I spent 11 hours on a plane with a screaming infant.
11 hours.
How is it even POSSIBLE for something to make a CONTINUOUS NOISE for 11 HOURS STRAIGHT!?!?
