S/E Black Diamond

This is what i found yesterday.
Singaporean industrial designer Jaren Goh’s mocked up an extremely stylish concept for a Sony Ericsson cameraphone he’s calling Black Diamond. The polycarbonate mirror finish skin, metal detailing and form factor are all rather sleek, but the coolest feature has got to be the OLED borderless screen.
what do you think? sexy, isn't it?
it's pity that it's only a concept model. i will consider buying it when it comes to reality. but...hmmm...that's sony ericsson...it will be perfect if it comes from nokia instead...(then it's a more "finnish" one!

)
if this ever gonna come to the market, i suggest the company use "black diamond" as the default ring tone and maybe some kind of strato picture as wallpaper or screen saver~

Heh, you´re right. Jens, you should read this and start talking with other strato-guys about a deal then IF that mobile will appear in the market.
But yeah, why this one must be Sony Ericsson, besides the company, I´ve never had Sony Ericsson mobiles, only Nokias or Samsungs.

I've had good experiences with the Sony Ericsson line of phones (and earlier, the simply Ericsson models). However I've also used Nokia, and my current phone is a Nokia.
Both are great, and I can't say which company I prefer. I guess I'll be switching between Nokia and SE continuously...

I don't like either Nokia or Ericsson. I like Motorola.
Even though I have a Samsung right now and I'm very pleased with it.

Actually Nokias are very easy to use (and of course the Finnish-language softwares works the best in Nokias) but in technical way Nokia-phones usually suck a lot. You can notice very well that you get easily technical problems with your Nokia quite soon. Especially when speaking their batteries...
Besides, having a Sony Ericsson mobile means actually the same as you support Sweden in hockey.

no, you support Sweden and Japan at the same time.
i like Nokia. my first cell phone is from Nokia. they are very "strong". my friend once dropped his Nokia phone outside in rain, and when he came back a day after to look for it, it was still there, and it still works...XD
i'm currently using...er...Siemens. sounds weired, as they stopped their product line already. but that's because one of my friends worked in Siemens and we all helped him out with trying new products from lab. therefore the phones we are using are without serial number and everything.
but this friend i talked about, he worked in Ericsson at first(when Ericsson still produced cell phones and didn't f**ck up and haven't been bought by Sony). then, Ericsson shut down. he found a job in Siemens. then, Siemens shut down. he spent several months worked in Sennheiser and so on, now he works in Nokia. we all say it's brave enough for Nokia to take him, and let's see what will happen to Nokia...

I used to think the same, that Nokia sucks big time and so on, but after trying Siemens ("sorry darlin, I charged my phone this morning but the battery is already empty, I have to switch the phone off to save battery) or Sony Erricson ("why the hell did that phone switch off by itself and doesn't want to work anymore ?"), I think Nokia rocks!

Hmm, they have also those problems. Coz it´s one of the most usual problem in Nokia mobiles!

Well, you´re not living in Finland, because namely here we consider Sony Ericssons still only Swedish products without taking care of the idea it´s owned by the Japanese mega-company.

Well I use Sony Ericsson, and am quite happy with it, though this one and the last one (also a sony) were of my dad's and he gave them to me, this is quite a cool phone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it (love the design, the camera feature is nice but it's not crucial for me)

Right, I'm sure most people use them for situations like this (which happen once every couple of years) and not to call their friends for trivial reasons while riding the bus because they can't wait ten minutes to get home and talk from there.

How many times have I heard conversations like "Hello, I'm on the bus now. Ok, see you later".

Is that really necessary? No!

This is my new Mitsibushi. I was also considering a Samboom because I trust Japanese technology.
So far, my Mitsibushi doesn't have a tone... Mmmm...
