Autonomy for Székelyföld

Hello there people!
Székelyföld used to be the part of Hungary, and is the part of Rumania these days, though most of the people living there are Hungarians. And now they want autonomy.
What I'd like to ask you is to vote with a "yes"/"da", if you feel together with the székelyföldi hungarians. This poll changes nothing in the outcome of the autonomy, but it's very important for the székelyföldi hungarians to feel better, as if there was really a sense and hope in an autonomy.
The sad part is, that the Hungarian ISPs are blocked! (how fair...)
So can you please vote?

Thanks in advance!

I have no opinion on the matter, so therefore it would be unethical for me to vote on it, even if the result has no bearing on real-life events.

well, I don't know anything about the situation, but I'd say that if a nation wants to be autonome or independant, then it's totally normal that they become like it!

Being from an autonomous region myself, I can certainly sympathise. Seems a bit silly to be gaming an online poll, though...well, it seems a bit silly to have an online poll on what appears to be a controversial matter to begin with, both sides are bound to be trying to skew the poll in their favour...

The problem is, that they blocked all Hungarian IPs, which is quite unfair. If they let anybody to vote, then why only the Hungarians are not let to vote, when they are the foreign country to know the best how much important it is for Székelyföld to have their autonomy. This is a typical vote for showing how much it is not needed to give autonomy for a country... while in a national voting, it would be really different (I bet, most of the nonhungarians in Székelyföld wouldn't care, but the Hungarians would all go to vote).
I understand if some of you don't vote, because most of you really don't know what the situation is at Székelyföld.

Hey Pete! As I also have Hungarian blood in my veins I understand their feeling as belonging to the "mother country" or at least having some autonomy. And I would support them if I could. On the other hand I sometimes ask myself if nowadays it's still possible and reasonable to "change history". You know, all that happened after the two World Wars, I think there's almost no European country that could make some demands for getting back old territory. And looking to other parts of the world, especially Middle East, it's really more reasonable to say "let go of the past and let's find ways, compromises for having a peaceful existence in the future".

You're right, but the fact is, they still have conflicts (Rumanians vs Hungarians), and it can be best solved if the székelyföldiek seperate from Rumania. This is a problem that should have been solved 50-100 years ago. The best would have been not tearing appart the parts, where most of the people are Hungarians, but the French and the Eastern European countries didn't think about the possible consequencies, they just wanted to make Hungary smaller, so Hungarians couldn't join a big war again.
But now we are wiser, and we all know, that one of the main problems that caused the WWII was the fact that most of the countries suffered losing parts from their land after WWI.
