Stratovarius Community

I dunno if there is allready one that speaks about this subject, but I'm so damn mean I still start a new one

So, any people here that use this thing?
Or am I the only one? (I seriously doubt that )
If one someone don't know what last.fm is, it's a site that follows your music player playing history and adds it on-line to see what you like and listen... complete musical listening history it really is in long run

Mafiaboy is using last.fm, too, but he added just my old account.. As far as i know we don't have any other stratoforumusers using last.fm, but i might be wrong though!

Well, the list should allready include several other artists too, but it hasn't updated yet I was very surprised to see Paradise Lost and Nine Inch Nails in your list pleasureful surprice that was...

And hey, if there aren't any other users from stratoforum yet, we can allways encourage people to come using it

If enough people sign up there, we could start a group! That means we would have an own little forum, and weekly charts about our top artists and songs, which would be very nice!

But we need 15-16 people to do that, let's see if we get enough..

i've also asked Piiuska to join, Stratofanius and some "EagleHeart" seem to have taken a look at it as well, but didn't apply yet.

U know, the point is that this will upkeep a "chart" of music that people in the group listen we just need at least 15 people in to get things rolling everybody here are welcome of course

btw, I think we should change the policy of the group. At the moment, any member who joined the group can accept or deny new members. I think it'd be a better idea to have one "moderator" there and he is the only one who can approve or deny new members. Otherwise, I'm afraid that for ex a member X might refuse a member Y's request just because they are not in good terms in the forum... you know...

I actually thought that I, as the leader, am the only one who can accept new members.. It seems only to be possible to give or take away rights from a user after they have joined the group..

EDIT: I just changed the group from "Member approval" to "Owner approval", i guess that should cause that i'm the only one who can accept or deny new members. Well.. If nobody has anything against that

EDIT 2: As i might not be online every day, i gave you, cliff, mod rights. You don't appear as a mod, but you can kick, ban, and accept people

Good thing you didn't give them to me since I'm random online/offliner, and just so happened to be very un-interested in any kind of moderation buisnesses
