Some Trivium fan told me I should listen to Trivium's new song Detonation, on This linky here and... well I'm impressed - they have tamed the vocals.. a little - they do need a real singer still, but it's a step in the right direction

But what I'm most impressed by is the sound.. is it now thrash metal ? it sure sounds better than that trashwe had from them before..

yeah, that is an improvement, but... for some reason i still don't like them terribly...

It was a decent song but IMO I still don't find anything special in Trivium. When talking about thrash, I prefer the older and the bigger

both are true guitar players, i like the band, it's better than listening to Korn, Limp Bizkit or Linkin Park...at least Trivium use real trashy riffs and great guitar tunes.

AND THEY DON'T RAP!!!
