Everyone here probably knows what a huge fan of Jari's I am. This is gonna be great!

Evergrey are an excellent band. Definately check them out!

Oh, what a surprise... not! I have actually known this since 3 weeks.
Really good news, even if to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the Evergrey stuffs.

The really funny thing is, when I heard Evergrey were looking for a player the thought (very, very briefly) crossed my mind to give it a shot before I thought I'd rather stick with Winter's Verge.

It's good to know I never stood a chance anyway

Since you are Evergrey fan, could you (or anyone else here) recommend album I should check out, now that I have a reason to move this band up on my shopping list.

Same here, at least for a couple of hours. Then I heard their material and I realized it wasn't the kind of music I would like to play.
And well... I guess Jari is "quite" a better player than You and I...

I have no idea about their music...althought I saw them last year HERE at Masters of Rock festival, I don't remember them (I didn't know this band and their gig wasn't somehow exceptionally good, so I easily forgot it ).

But it's really great new! Because Evergrey were here yet, I hope they will come here in near future again ....I'm afraid that Mess will not be here soon

Maybe I'll not become their fan, but if they come here, I'll certainly be at their show!!!

Same here 2x. And have to thank you for those.

Personally doesn´t know Evergrey very well, but anyway I´m happy Jari can continue his career in a more popular band as he deserves that with his excellent playing skills.

Evergrey is a newer group that I like a lot. All of their albums are brilliant. I'm sure that Jari will have good time and will make nice music with this band!

Timo, I don't think people are mad at you because of your misunderstanding.
We all do mistakes. Also, you gave good explains about why you wrote that message, so everything's fine!
Besides, you meant it in a good way, because you were excited about the birth. It's not like you would say some offensive bullshit about him (like for ex, that he had to give 10 blowjobs to the Evergrey guys to be hired! )
