Amsterdam cuts back on red light district brothels

Well, apparently the whores in the Dutch government and the EU don't want any more competition from the poor working girls in the district.
Damn, there goes my vacation plans!

Well it was never legal in America so the politicians there never had any competition.
Then again, politicians the world over are a different class of whore.

I think you're right! Or at the least, it's been decriminalzed. Sort of like weed in Alaska.

Last time I checked, you can pretty much smoke as much as you want in Amsterdam. I spoke with a friend that was vacationing there not too long ago. He was sitting in a coffeehouse, and saw another patron drinking something. "What's that?" he asked the bartender, who replied, "It's a banana milkshake." My friend then said, "Wow, that thing looks great. I'll take one too." The bartender countered by "would you like some hash in that?" and the customer said, "yes, please!"
