Why the fuck did you die?!!?!?!?!?
One of my heroes, he stood up for most of the things I believe in and then some. Plus he made me laugh to tears more than once. This Baileys I'm drinking is for you.

Yeah, a comedian, he worked over 40 years as stand up and in some movies.
You guys should really check out some of his vids on youtube.

I can't believe you guys have never heard of George Carlin!

He also had a hit TV-show for 2 years, and on conservative Fox-TV of all things!

What irony, as Carlin was a full-fledged liberal whose acts were largely satire against religion&traditional values.
He was hilarious, and it has been said in real, everyday life he had a heart of gold. I'm sure Carlin will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and the entertainment world in general.
Here he is!

Yeah, he was funny, also. His routine on the piano.

But, he could seriously play well, too!

Victor Borge died??
I am glad that I saw George Carlin perform while he was alive.
Still, though, the funny thing about the death of a celebrity is that it always seems to make them even more famous. So in a way, I'm glad that he died; people that may not have noticed him before will have heard of him when they otherwise might not have had a chance to.

True, but screw it, he could have made one or two more HBO specials.
