unforgiven 3 now that will be awsomeness. it will get thrashed around by thrash jerkoffs and i will love the song. the entertainment will be fun

I think this album is gonna put Metallica on the map again. I'm listening a lot of reviews and they are all positives more or less. It has a lot of songs with "And Justice for all" style. A lot of solos in this new album. A lot of "guitar". I will buy it.

St. Anger shadow is disappearing.

Death Magnetic is good.

I heard the new single on the radio the other day, don't know the name but it bored the hell out of me.

I have seen (and heard) one song, probably one of those videos. For some reasons I can't remember what song was it, but it was crap, sound almost like another St. Anger :puke:

To be honest I don't believe they're able to make a new album which will be good. Maybe "Death Magnetic" will not be as bad as the previous one (that's probably impossible ), but I don't expect anything...

From what I've heard so far, it sounds like a slightly heavier version of Load, which I hate with a fiery passion.

Metallica will never live St. Anger down. Thats really sad because their first albums were really great.
Lets hope this one will be better than St. Anger.

I used to like The Unforgiven I but mainly The Unforgiven II. We'll se how this third one sounds like.

Only heard 2 songs so far, sounds pretty good! I hope they tour here this time, they always deliver live.

im not a fan of the sound they used for this one. not as fond of this unforgiven but i would like them better if they played more in that style. i enjoy their ballads more than their other songs. that and when they do songs like die die my darling.

I think this is a very good album.

Imagine this album after Black album... The problem is that many people will never forgive St.Anger album and they are never gonna see Metallica as a good musicians again.

I like this new album and I think is the best after Black album.

i have no idea what people are thinking if they don't think these guys can play, in their concerts (since they are the most bootleged band out their and have thousands of concerts out) they play plenty well and have a setlist of their earlyer material.

It doesn't matter what they do, they have the cross since St. Anger and many people won't never accept Metallica again.
But this album is the best since Black album imo and some songs are And justice for all level.

This is a good return from a band who had a very bad situation with St. Anger.

Imho this album sucks!! Well not so hard as St. Anger cause Death Magnetic is better than St. Anger (obviously). The album it's pretty heavy NOT thrash but still is average.. It's like a mix between black album and reload. What's the worst thing? For me Unforgiven III and Suicide and Redemption veeeery boring song imo.. Some good things, very good riffs! and some good solos and finally some bass (although i was expecting more from Trujillo)

It was a good sign for me that I didn't turn it off after the third song - like I did with Saint Bad.

Exactly. Anyone who's seen Metallica live will agree, I'm sure.

Regarding Death Magnetic, I've heard it only twice so far and I love it!

WOW! This album is growing on me.

Amazing. The "weak" songs for me are: The End of the line and Suicide & Redemption (instrumental song). The other ones makes me enjoy a lot.

Judass Kiss is a very very strong and powerful song. I love that song.
